Enrollment / Checkout Flow
First, visit our website and click on the "Join NCIB" option available at the top right side of the homepage.
Select Membership Category
Choose the appropriate membership category based on your interest and eligibility (e.g., General Member, District Officer, etc.).
Fill Registration Form
Complete the online registration form by providing accurate personal details such as Name, Address, Contact Information, and Qualification.
Upload Required Documents
Submit necessary documents such as your photograph and valid ID proof for verification purposes.
Payment of Membership Fee
Pay the applicable membership or registration fee through the available payment options.
Verification Process
Your application and submitted documents will be reviewed and verified by the NCIB team. NCIB also reserves the right to conduct background or police verification. In case of any negative report, NCIB holds full rights to cancel the membership without prior notice.
Approval & Confirmation
Once verified, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp message, and your membership will be activated.
Issuance of Membership Kit
After approval, you will be provided with your ID Card, Appointment Letter, and Membership Certificate. The membership kit will be released only after the headquarters receives the original affidavit from the applicant.
Training & Activation
Training will be provided in online or offline mode within 90 days of membership activation, to help you understand your role and responsibilities within the organization.
Note: All memberships are voluntary in nature. No salary or remuneration is provided. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
